Florida GameStop Employee Faces Charges for Fatally Shooting Suspected Shoplifter

A GameStop employee in Florida has been charged with manslaughter after allegedly shooting and killing a suspected shoplifter. The employee confronted the man who was attempting to steal Pokemon trading cards, and without being threatened or seeing a weapon, the employee pulled out a concealed firearm and shot the victim in the torso. The victim later died from his injuries. The employee has been taken into custody and charged.
