Forklift Theft Leads to Fatal Accident at Home Depot

A 20-year-old man in Maryland allegedly stole a forklift from Lowe's and used it to kill a woman in the parking lot of a Home Depot. After breaking into Lowe's and ramming the forklift through a gate, the suspect drove it to Home Depot and rammed it into a vehicle where the woman was sleeping. He then ran her over with the forklift, stole her car, and fled the scene. The suspect was later arrested and charged with first-degree murder, second-degree murder, assault, theft, and other charges. The victim and the suspect did not know each other.
