Former Neo-Nazi Admits to Killing Roommates Over Religious Dispute in Tampa Palms

Former neo-Nazi Devon Arthurs has pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree murder and three counts of kidnapping in the deaths of his two roommates in 2017. Arthurs claimed he killed them because they disrespected his Muslim faith, but investigators found evidence of weapons, ammo, explosive material, and radioactive material in their apartment. Arthurs was sentenced to 45 years in prison with a minimum of 25 years for each murder count, which will run concurrently, and 15 years of probation with a psychological evaluation and necessary treatment for his mental health.
