From Innocent to Arrested: Texan Accused of Another Slaying.

Lydell Grant, who was declared innocent in 2021 after serving seven years in prison for a fatal stabbing, has been charged with murder in the shooting of a fellow motorist following a minor traffic collision in Houston. Grant was taken into custody on Friday and remains jailed on a $1 million bond. In 2012, he was convicted of killing Aaron Scheerhoorn, but was declared innocent in May 2021 after new DNA evidence was analyzed.
