Gas station clerk charged with murder after shooting customer over beef jerky dispute.

A gas station clerk in Detroit has been charged with first-degree murder after fatally shooting a customer who attempted to steal beef jerky. The victim, Anthony McNary, was on the other side of a locked door when the clerk, Moad Mohamed Al-Gaham, allegedly aimed a handgun at his face and pulled the trigger. Al-Gaham was inside the locked store doors when he allegedly shot McNary, who was unarmed. Al-Gaham has also been charged with felony firearm and has been denied bond.
