TL;DR

A Tennessee Air National Guardsman, Josiah Ernesto Garcia, has been arrested by the FBI after allegedly applying to be an assassin on satirical website "Rent-a-Hitman". He sent in his CV, highlighting his "military experience, and rifle expertise" and agreed to kill an individual for $5,000. He was arrested after meeting an undercover agent at a park where he received a down payment of $2,500 and asked if he needed to provide a photo of the body. If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison.
