Guilty Pleas in Teacher Deaths and Sexual Misconduct Cases

Two 17-year-old teenagers, Jeremy Goodale and Willard Miller, have pleaded guilty to First Degree Murder in the death of Spanish teacher Nohema Graber in Fairfield, Iowa. Goodale had previously agreed to testify against Miller at his trial, which was planned to start on Friday. Both teens used a bat to strike Graber, and her body was found concealed in a park. Miller planned the murder with Goodale, and both acted in the attack. Prosecutors agreed to recommend a sentence between 30 years and life in prison with the possibility of parole in the plea agreement with Miller.
