Gunpoint Robbery at Woodfield Mall Parking Lot; Suspect Spotted near Oakbrook Center

A woman and her infant were robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot of Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, Illinois. The suspect fled the scene, leading to a chase across the suburbs. The police eventually arrested a Chicago man, Jaquan Wilkins, and recovered a gun. Wilkins has been charged with multiple offenses and was denied pre-trial release. He is currently out on bond for other charges and is scheduled to appear in court on December 4.
