Henderson police shoot and kill man after theft and gun threat.

A man was shot and killed by Henderson police after allegedly stealing an item from a business and pointing a gun to his head. The suspect was uncooperative and refused to de-escalate the situation, leading to one officer discharging his firearm. The man was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead. The identity of the man killed and the officers involved in the shooting have not been released.
