High-speed police chase uncovers stolen catalytic converters

Two men from Ohio led police on a chase through multiple counties after a traffic stop, resulting in the discovery of stolen catalytic converters and tools used for their removal. The driver was arrested with the assistance of the Guernsey County Sheriff's Office, while the passenger was also taken into custody for being an accomplice and violating parole. Both individuals are currently in the Belmont County Jail.
