Honeymooner drowns in Hawaii while thieves steal belongings

Thieves allegedly stole a couple's car, phones, wallets, and clothing while they were receiving help after the husband, Steven Phan, drowned while snorkelling with his wife off the coast of Hawaii on 1 June. Bystanders performed CPR until paramedics arrived, but Mr Phan later died in hospital. A fundraising page on GoFundMe has raised more than $36,000 for Mr Phan's funeral costs and to support his family. Police are investigating the incident.
