Vallow's trial is set to begin on April 3, and her attorneys argued that the death penalty should be taken off the table due to insufficient time to review a large amount of evidence. Vallow and her husband, Chad Daybell, are accused of killing her son and daughter, and Daybell's first wife. Prosecutors claim that evidence will show Vallow "intended for her children and her boyfriend’s wife to die."
