Idaho Man's Troubled Past Unveiled Amidst Murder and Kidnapping Investigation

Jeremy Best, a suspect in a murder and kidnapping case in Victor, Idaho, had a prior encounter with law enforcement when he was found walking naked through a store. He was taken to a hospital for a mental health evaluation but later allegedly committed the murder and kidnapped a 10-month-old child. Best is considered armed and dangerous, driving a black 1995 Chevrolet Tahoe, and is believed to have connections in Alpine and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
