Identity of 1970s drowning victim found in Lake Mead's Calville Bay confirmed.

Skeletal remains found in Lake Mead's Calville Bay have been identified as Donald Smith, a Las Vegas resident who drowned in April 1974. The remains were discovered after a diver found a human bone in October, and medical examiners determined the cause of death was drowning and accidental. The dropping water levels of Lake Mead have revealed at least six sets of human remains in the past year, including one identified as Thomas Erndt. The water crisis in the American West is expected to continue despite recent rain and snow.
