Illinois man charged with fatally shooting neighbor over leaf blower dispute

A 79-year-old man in Illinois was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder for allegedly shooting his neighbor in the head during an argument. The victim was using a leaf blower in his yard when the suspect approached him and began to argue. The suspect had a history of grievances against the victim and had been seen with a firearm before. The victim was rushed to the hospital but later pronounced dead. The suspect is being held in jail pending an initial court hearing.
