Indicted ex-police officers caught laughing at man's death in custody on body-cam footage.

Three former police officers in Mississippi have been indicted on murder and manslaughter charges in the death of Keith Murriel, a Black man who died in their custody on New Year's Eve. Body-camera footage shows the officers joking around about Murriel's condition and questioning whether to call an ambulance for him immediately. The officers had tackled Murriel while arresting him for allegedly trespassing at a hotel. The footage shows the officers struggling to handcuff Murriel as he was stunned numerous times for over 10 minutes.
