Iowa Teens Admit Guilt in Fatal Beating of Spanish Teacher.

Two Iowa teens pleaded guilty to first-degree murder for the killing of their Spanish teacher, Nohema Graber, in late 2021. Willard Miller and Jeremy Goodale, who were charged as adults, used a baseball bat to fatally beat their 66-year-old teacher over a bad grade. Miller denied hitting Graber but admitted to helping plan and carry out the attack. Goodale agreed to testify against Miller. As part of the plea deal, prosecutors recommended a sentence between 30 years and life in prison for Miller and between 25 years and life in prison for Goodale.
