Jeep SUV Driver Escapes Traffic on Freeway Ramp with Daring Maneuver.

A driver wanted in connection with an assault on a sheriff's deputy led police on a high-speed chase that reached speeds of nearly 100 mph on several Los Angeles freeways. The pursuit ended when the driver surrendered on the 405 Freeway near the Wilshire Boulevard exit. During the chase, the driver went partially up an embankment to avoid traffic on a freeway ramp in Panorama City.
