Judge Denies Bail for Las Vegas High Schoolers Involved in Fatal Classmate Beating

Four Las Vegas high school students, aged 16 and 17, accused of beating their schoolmate to death in a brawl captured on video, have been ordered to remain held without bail until their next court date. The students face one count of murder but have not been formally charged. Four other suspects, under the age of 16, are awaiting separate hearings. The fight occurred over stolen wireless headphones and a vape pen. Two additional students seen in the footage will also face murder charges. The victim, 17-year-old Jonathan Lewis Jr., died a week after the attack.
