Maine police shoot at truck with explosive sign at US-Canada border, interstate closed.

A Maine state trooper shot at a truck approaching the US-Canada border after the driver refused to stop and displayed a sign indicating the presence of an explosive device. The driver, Tony Holford, was not injured and surrendered to police. He was charged with aggravated reckless conduct, terrorizing, and failure to stop.
