Man and 12-year-old charged with murder in fatal shooting at Texas Sonic restaurant

A 20-year-old man and a 12-year-old boy from Fort Worth were arrested for shooting and killing a Sonic employee in Keene, Texas. The altercation began when the adult suspect, Angel Gomez, acted disorderly in the parking lot and got into an argument with the victim, Matthew Davis. The 12-year-old, who was a passenger in Gomez's car, fired at least six rounds at Davis with an AR-style weapon. Both suspects were charged with murder.
