Man attempts to avoid DUI by swapping with his dog, according to police.

A man in Colorado attempted to switch places with his dog in an effort to avoid a DUI charge after being pulled over for speeding. The man showed signs of intoxication and attempted to run away but was apprehended by police. He was booked into jail on charges of DUI, driving under suspension, speeding, and resisting arrest, as well as two active warrants for his arrest out of Pueblo.
