Man attempts to swap places with dog to evade DUI charges in Colorado.

A man in Colorado, who was pulled over for speeding, attempted to switch places with his dog to avoid being arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. He was caught by the police and arrested on suspicion of DUI, driving while ability impaired, and previous warrants for his arrest.
