Man Posed as Delivery Driver in Coon Rapids Triple Homicide

Alonzo Pierre Mingo, 37, was charged with three counts of second-degree murder after posing as a delivery driver and shooting three people in a suburban Minneapolis home, with two young children present. Video footage showed Mingo and two others entering the home, with Mingo leading a man at gunpoint into a bedroom where he demanded money and then shot a woman at point-blank range. The victims were identified as Shannon Patricia Jungwirth, 42; her son, Jorge Alexander Reyes-Jungwirth, 20; and her husband, Mario Alberto Trejo Estrada, 39. Mingo, a former UPS employee, was found with a UPS uniform and arrested. Prosecutors plan to seek a sentence above the guidelines due to aggravating factors, including the particular cruelty of the killings and the presence of young children.
