"Married Teacher Arrested for Inappropriate Car Encounter with Teen Student"

Erin Ward, a 45-year-old Nebraska teacher, was arrested after being found undressed in a car with a 17-year-old student. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office received a call about a suspicious vehicle and found Ward and the teen inside. Ward admitted to having sexual intercourse with the student, who fled on foot and was later found in a nearby neighborhood. Ward was charged with felony sexual abuse by a school employee and taken into custody.
