Maryland Shooting Leaves Multiple Dead and Injured

A Maryland man, Charles Robert Smith, has been charged with three counts of second-degree murder, three counts of first-degree assault, and three counts of attempted murder after a shooting at a birthday party left three people dead and three others injured. The victims were all Hispanic men, and the suspect is white. The motive for the shooting is still under investigation, and authorities are looking into whether it may have been hate-motivated.
