"Migrant Indicted for Times Square Attack on NYPD Cops Not Linked to ICE Detainees in Arizona"

Yohenry Brito, an illegal migrant, was indicted by a grand jury in connection to the violent attack on two NYPD officers in Times Square. He had previously been arrested for shoplifting and pleaded not guilty. Brito is the only suspect to have been held on bail and indicted so far, out of seven migrants arrested in relation to the incident. The Police Benevolent Association of the City of New York President Patrick Hendry stated that the indictment is a small step towards justice and urged New Yorkers to keep speaking up until all participants in the attack are behind bars. Additionally, several of the suspects were arrested in Phoenix, Arizona by ICE and Homeland Security Investigations.
