Minnesota Man Livestreams Fatal FBI Standoff

The man killed by FBI agents in Minneapolis had a criminal history dating back to 2004, with more than a dozen convictions ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. He had three active arrest warrants, including one for animal cruelty. During the standoff, he came out of the house with a gun to a woman's head, and agents decided to use lethal force. The woman was not hit by the gunfire but was transported to the hospital for drug-related treatment.
