Missing Texas girl found living with man in Mississippi

A 13-year-old girl who went missing from Texas in February was found in Mississippi with a 27-year-old man who has been arrested and charged with sexual battery and kidnapping. The girl was discovered walking on a highway and was taken to a hospital for a medical check-up before being handed over to child protective services. The man had picked up the girl from Texas and brought her to his home in Mississippi. The investigation has been turned over to the Houston Police Department.
