Missouri Sheriff and Deputies Charged in Alleged Kidnapping Plot.

A Missouri sheriff and two deputies were arrested and charged with conspiracy and participating in criminal street gang activities in connection with an alleged plot to help a father kidnap his daughter from her mother. The father also faces charges, including attempted parental kidnapping and conspiracy. The sheriff is accused of working with the deputies to find the mother, who was seeking refuge from the father, by using her phone records, so that the father could take their daughter from her. The investigation was conducted by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
