Mother of missing baby arrested after police standoff; Amber Alert canceled.

A woman in Wayne County, Kentucky, was arrested after an Amber Alert for her 7-month-old baby led authorities to her house. The baby was found in a backroom of the home after a standoff that lasted several hours. The mother, who has a history of drug use, has been charged with terroristic threatening, wanton endangerment, kidnapping, and resisting arrest. The baby has been placed in the custody of the Department of Community-Based Services.
