Multiple Homicides Shake St. Paul: Suspects Detained, Victims Dead

A man was fatally stabbed by another resident in a home in St. Paul's Snelling-Hamline neighborhood. Police responded to a 911 call reporting the stabbing and arrested a man on suspicion of murder. The victim, who had been stabbed in the chest, died at the hospital. The altercation occurred inside the home, and both the victim and suspect were found outside.
