Multiple Individuals Plead Guilty to Aiding ISIS in Attacks on US Troops and Memorials

U.S. Army soldier Cole Bridges pleaded guilty to attempting to provide material support to ISIS and attempting to murder U.S. military service members by providing training and guidance to ISIS fighters planning attacks on U.S. troops in the Middle East. Bridges provided instructions on how to attack U.S. forces and fortify an ISIS encampment to repel U.S. Special Forces. He faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison for each charge and is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 2.
