Multiple Injuries in Kansas City Fentanyl Bust Shooting

Three Kansas City police officers were injured, but in non-life-threatening condition, during an undercover investigation concerning fentanyl. The suspects in a vehicle fired at police, and officers exchanged gunfire after police attempted to execute an arrest. Three or four suspects were also injured in the shooting, and they are expected to survive. The fentanyl investigation has been long and far-reaching, and a large amount of drugs were in their possession. The Kansas City Police Department will be handling the investigation.
