Multiple Shootings in Portland Leave Several Dead and One in Custody

Portland police have identified Harry O. Latour, Jr. as one of the two men who were killed in Southeast Portland's Centennial neighborhood on Sunday morning. The medical examiner determined that Latour's death was a homicide. The other victim has not yet been publicly identified, but police said he "was shot but died of something other than homicidal violence." No arrests have been made, and police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
