Murder charges filed in fatal car chase that killed mother and child.

A 20-year-old Vallejo man is facing murder charges following a police pursuit that resulted in a fatal car crash, killing a mother and one of her 6-year-old twin boys. The suspect was allegedly driving a stolen Mazda SUV when he was chased by Hercules police and crashed into the victim's car. The surviving twin suffered injuries. The suspect also faces charges of fleeing a pursuing peace officer’s vehicle, carrying a loaded unregistered firearm, and receiving stolen property. A GoFundMe has been set up for funeral expenses.
