Murder suspect arrested after SWAT response.

A 47-year-old man, Mark Sigler, was arrested and charged with murder after the body of a person was found in a pickup truck at Taylor Park in Albuquerque. The victim had been a roommate of Sigler's but had been living in his truck following disputes with Sigler. APD detectives obtained surveillance video and statements from neighbors, indicating Sigler's blue van was the only vehicle near the victim's truck when the shooting happened Friday morning. The SWAT unit was deployed outside Sigler's residence on Hoffman Drive NE before his arrest.
