Autopsy results reveal that Jan VanTrassel, a 79-year-old man allegedly killed outside a Walmart in Somersworth, New Hampshire, died of compressional asphyxia. Witnesses reported seeing Brian Roberge, 52, straddling VanTrassel's chest and repeatedly hitting him in the head and face. Roberge has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder. VanTrassel, a volunteer firefighter, was well-known in his community. Roberge is expected to be arraigned on Monday.
