New Mexico Mass Shooter Wore Bulletproof Vest and Left Note, Police Say

The high school student who killed three women in New Mexico wore a bulletproof vest and left a cryptic note before being shot to death by police. The shooter discharged more than 190 rounds during the rampage, most of them from the home he shared with his father. Police are probing Wilson’s access to weapons and concerns about his prior mental health. The suspect had access to over 1,400 rounds of ammunition and 10 other weapons at the time of the attack. A community vigil was planned for Wednesday night at the Farmington Museum.
