New Orleans Chef Found Dead in Ninth Ward and Desire Neighborhood.

Chef Demietriek Scott, known as "Chef Scott," was reported missing by his family on Saturday and was found dead on the side of a bridge on Poland Avenue in the Ninth Ward on Monday morning. He was a well-known New Orleans chef and was featured in a Very Local cooking competition called "Blind Kitchen," where he promoted his creole barbeque sauces. Anyone with information regarding Scott's disappearance and death is asked to call NOPD Fifth District detectives.
