NYC bike path terrorist sentenced to 8 consecutive life terms.

Sayfullo Saipov, the perpetrator of the 2017 West Side Highway terrorist attack in New York City, was sentenced to eight life sentences and an additional 260 years behind bars. Before the sentencing, Saipov went on an hour-long rant insinuating that the tears of his victims pale in comparison to the blood and tears of the Muslim people. The judge called Saipov's conduct among the worst he had ever seen, and the victims' families and friends spoke for over two hours about the horrors they endured. Saipov was convicted of killing eight people and injuring many more by mowing down crowds with a Home Depot rental truck on a Manhattan bike path.
