Oregon Shoplifter Receives Prison Sentence for Earlobe Attack on Security Guard

Ashlie Clark, a woman from Oregon, has been sentenced to 70 months in prison after pleading guilty to second degree assault and first degree robbery for biting off the earlobe of a security guard who tried to stop her from shoplifting over $800 worth of merchandise from a Nordstrom store in Tigard, Oregon. The victim's earlobe could not be reattached. Clark will also undergo three years of post-prison supervision once she is released.
