The man is accused of placing his mother's body in a shed in Philadelphia after shooting her multiple times and locking her inside using a padlock. The victim's body was discovered by authorities inside the shed covered in a blue tarp. The accused is being held without bail, and prosecutors have not disclosed a motive.
