Pennsylvania man charged with obtaining rifle to aid ISIS attack, FBI alleges

Investigators say he bought a rifle in Gibsonia, acquired a disposable phone, checked into a hotel with cash, and visited a gun store, with online posts and his day-of actions forming probable cause. A DOJ/FBI news conference was planned to discuss the arrest and charges.
