Pennsylvania Nurse Accused of Deliberately Killing Patients with Insulin Overdoses.

A nurse in Pennsylvania has been charged with two counts of murder for allegedly administering large doses of insulin to her patients, killing two men. The nurse, Heather Pressdee, reportedly said she felt bad for "their quality of life" before administering the shots. Pressdee has also been charged with aggravated assault, three counts of neglect of a care-dependent person, and three counts of reckless endangerment. She has been employed at 11 different facilities since 2018 and has been disciplined for abusive behavior towards staff or patients.
