"Philadelphia LGBTQ Activist Kendall Stephens Arrested for Alleged Rape of Minors"

Kendall Stephens, a Philadelphia LGBTQ activist, has been arrested and charged with raping two minors. The charges include rape, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with minors, corruption of minors, indecent assault against people less than 13 years of age, obscenity to minors, and endangering the welfare of children. Details of the allegations have not been released. Stephens, a Black trans woman, was previously the victim of a hate crime and assault in 2020. The attacker in that case was convicted and sentenced to house arrest. Stephens' bail has been set at $250,000, and the next court hearing is scheduled for December 29th.
