Philadelphia police capture second escaped inmate, Ameen Hurst.

Ameen Hurst, who was at Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center in connection to four homicides, has been captured after a 10-day manhunt following his escape from the prison. Hurst was spotted getting into a vehicle with two relatives and was arrested after negotiations broke down. His brother was also taken into custody. Hurst and Nasir Grant escaped from the prison earlier this month, and Grant has already been recaptured. Multiple people have been charged with assisting in the escape.
