Police Arrest Lancaster County Homicide Suspect.

A 29-year-old man was shot and killed in the 2900 block of Terry Lane in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The suspect, Jeremy Osorio Melendez, surrendered to the East Hempfield Township Police and has been charged with criminal homicide, firearm not to be carried without a license, and recklessly endangering another person. Both parties were residents of the Trailer Village Community and were known to each other. Melendez is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Police believe this was an isolated incident.
