Police Officer Rescues Kidnapping Victim Who Mouthed "Help Me" During Traffic Stop in South Carolina

A woman silently mouthed "Help Me" during a traffic stop in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, prompting Officer Kayla Wallace to investigate. The woman told Wallace that the man in the car had just shot someone. Moments later, an alert was sent out about a vehicle involved in a shooting.
