Police respond to active scene, evacuate residences in Billings.

Residences in the area of a standoff in Billings have been evacuated as law enforcement tries to contact a suspect who is barricaded inside and reportedly firing at officers. The active scene has expanded from a closure of Birch Ln. to the 1000 block of Bench Blvd. SWAT is on the scene and people are asked to avoid the area.
